My Team of the Season

GK: EDERSON (MAN CITY) - I've gone with Ederson as my keeper because he kept more clean sheets than any other keeper with 19 and has made some important saves throughout the season. He's been brilliant with the ball at his feet thanks to his brilliant distribution and his presence between the sticks makes City's backline look solid.

RB: JOAO CANCELO (MAN CITY) - Cancelo has really taken his opportunities this season which is why he's my right back. He's put in impressive performances throughout the season in both full back areas and has stepped up as a key player for City.

CB: RUBEN DIAS (MAN CITY) - What a signing this guy has been. Dias has been what City lacked last season in a leader at the back which has helped them be more solid defensively. He's had a big impact on the team by making the players around him better as well.

CB: JOHN STONES (MAN CITY) - Stones has realised his potential by cutting out his mistakes and putting in solid performances all season. His performances have made him one of the first names on the City team sheet and they also earned him an England recall.

LB: LUKE SHAW (MAN UNITED) - Shaw has really got his career back on track this season by putting in solid performances both offensively and defensively. He's been consistent throughout and has been the best left back without a shadow of a doubt. His form earned him an England recall back in March.

CM: ILKAY GUNDOGAN (MAN CITY) - Gundogan ended up as City's top goal scorer this season with 13 goals which is very impressive for a midfielder. He became a key player for City by scoring the amount of goals he did and stepping up in the absence of Kevin De Bruyne as City's main man in midfield.

CM: KEVIN DE BRUYNE (MAN CITY) - Another outstanding season for City's Belgian genius. He registered 12 assists which was the joint second highest in the league and was once again an important player for City during their surge towards the title.

CM: BRUNO FERNANDES (MAN UNITED) - This man just had to be in because of the season he has had.. Fernandes scored 18 goals and registered 12 assists as United finished 2nd and without him they would not have finished where they did. When he plays well. United play well.

RW: MOHAMED SALAH (LIVERPOOL) - Liverpool may have had a poor title defence but Salah still delivered the goods with 22 goals as he was beaten to the golden boot by Harry Kane. His goal tally and the way he carried Liverpool are why he's in the team.

LW: HEUNG MIN SON (TOTTENHAM) - Son was an all round player this season with 17 goals and 10 assists as he once again proved how important he is to Spurs. He had a brilliant partnership with Kane on the pitch and without him Spurs would not have finished where they did.

ST: HARRY KANE (TOTTENHAM) - Golden boot winner and top assist provider. Kane simply had to be in the team as he developed into an all round striker by both scoring and creating a lot of goals. Without his contribution Spurs' might've finished in mid-table and they'll struggle to keep hold of him in the summer. Especially with Spurs having another below par season.
