THURSDAY:
CHELSEA V TOTTENHAM
These two sides were involved in an absolute classic in the reverse fixture which didn't reflect on the score line.
Chelsea were helped massively by Spurs going down to nine men in that game as they were able to exploit the spaces left in their defence. They'll fancy themselves to get another win against them here as they're at home where they have a decent record both in general and in this fixture.
Spurs have only won once at Stamford Bridge in the Premier League era and although Chelsea aren't having the best of seasons, I don't see that record changing here.
Spurs really went for it in the reverse fixture and even after going down to nine men, after which they got heavily exposed. Their high defensive line was exploited a lot and having those two players sent off played a part.
I don't see Spurs' approach changing in this one and because of the poor record they have in this fixture, I think Chelsea will run away with the points here.
The blues aren't the most clinical side in front of goal, but I do think they'll take their chances here as Spurs are bound to leave gaps in behind their defence.
PREDICTION: 2-1
