GK: JORDAN PICKFORD (ENGLAND) - England had to rely on Pickford to make some crucial saves during the group stages and all of them were to them making it out the group. He kept 2 clean sheets and has once again shown why he's one of England's most important players.
RB: DANI CARVAJAL (SPAIN) - Spain have arguably been the best team at this tournament and Carvajal has been one of their standout performers. Defensively he's been very sound and going forward, he's always offered a threat. He followed up his goal in the Champions League final with one in Spain's opening game against Croatia.
CB: MARC GUEHI (ENGLAND) - Guehi has probably been England's best player at this tournament as he's looked solid in every game so far. He's stepped up brilliantly in the absence of Harry Maguire and has not put one foot wrong.
CB: WILLIAM SALIBA (FRANCE) - Saliba wasn't really fancied much by Didier Deschamps coming into this tournament, but since the tournament began he's shown why he deserves to play. He's been solid at the back all tournament for the French by making crucial interventions and all of them were to in them making it out the group.
LB: MARC CUCURELLA (SPAIN) - Cucurella has been excellent in both departments for Spain at this tournament and especially defensively, an area where he's faced a lot of criticism over the last couple of years. He's looked very assured defensively all tournament as Spain are yet to concede a goal whilst offensively, he's always offered a threat.
CDM: N'GOLO KANTE (FRANCE) - Kante has been his old usual self at this tournament in winning the ball back countless times from almost anywhere on the pitch. He was named man of the match in France's first two games against Austria and Holland and has reminded everyone that he's still got it.
CM: TONI KROOS (GERMANY) - Kroos might be retiring at the end of this tournament, but his performances so far suggest that he's still got a lot to offer. He's made more passes than any other player at this tournament and has dictated play in the middle of the park with his vision and passing ability. I can't believe that he's retiring soon.
CM: FABIAN RUIZ (SPAIN) - Ruiz has been one of Spain's standout players at this tournament by making contributions in both departments. Defensively he's got back to help his team out when needed to whilst offensively, he's been a key part of their build up play. He scored and assisted in their opening game against Croatia and put in another decent showing against Italy.
RW: LAMINE YAMAL (SPAIN) - Yamal has impressed whenever he's played at this tournament and he's only 16. His pace and skills and have caused opposition full backs problems and is no doubt set to play a key role for Spain in the future.
LW: JAMAL MUSIALA (GERMANY) - Musiala has been Germany's main star at this tournament and he showed why in their first two games against Scotland and Hungary. Alongside scoring in both games, he cause opposing defenders problems with his pace and movement. He's been a joy to watch whenever he's been on the pitch and is surely an early contender for player of the tournament.
ST: GEORGES MIKAUTADZE (GEORGIA) - Mikautadze is the top goal scorer at this tournament with 3 goals with 2 of them being penalties. His goals were key to Georgia making it out the group and he has in some way outshone main man Kvaratskhelia with his all round performances and goals.
