GK: EDUOARD MENDY (CHELSEA) - Mendy has been solid throughout October by making lots of important saves and keeping three clean sheets which is more than any other keeper. His presence between the sticks makes Chelsea a really solid outfit defensively.
RB: REECE JAMES (CHELSEA) - James was one of Chelsea's main attacking threats during October by registering 2 goals and 2 assists and he's only a right/wing back. He's been solid defensively as well and that is why he's in this team.
CB: TREVOH CHALOBAH (CHELSEA) - Chalobah was solid in every game he played for Chelsea during October by making vital interventions when his team needed him to. He's stepped up whenever he's played and he certainly did that during October.
CB: GABRIEL (ARSENAL) - Gabriel has been key to Arsenal's improvement defensively this season and showed why during October. He put in solid performances week in week out and he even rounded off the month with a goal in the Gunners' 2-0 win at Leicester.
LB: BEN CHILWELL (CHELSEA) - Chilwell was arguably Chelsea's main attacking threat during October along with Reece James by scoring 3 goals and he's only a left/wing back. After not getting much of a look in at the beginning of the season, he's definitely won his place back in the team with form he's been in.
CDM: DECLAN RICE (WEST HAM) - Rice is arguably England's best player at the moment because of the form he's been in which is why he had to be in this team. He's improving as a player game by game and I think West Ham will be lucky to keep hold of him in the summer.
CM: YOURI TIELEMANS (LEICESTER) - Tielemans was impressive for the Foxes right throughout October as they got their season back on track. He scored two world class strikes against Man United and Brentford plus he worked his socks off in the midfield like he always does.
CM: PHIL FODEN (MAN CITY) - Foden has impressed whenever he played during October as he ended the month with 3 goals to his name. He's surely one of the first names on the City team sheet because of the talent he is and the form he's been in.
RW: MOHAMED SALAH (LIVERPOOL) - Salah has without a doubt been the best player in October as he scored 5 goals with two of them being goal of the season contenders against City and Watford. He's arguably the best player in Europe based on the form he's been in this season as a whole.
LW: SADIO MANE (LIVERPOOL) - Mane was back to his best during October by scoring 3 goals as Liverpool kept themselves within of Chelsea at the top of the Premier League. He's looked more like the player we know he is and Liverpool looked more like themselves in October because of him being back to his best.
ST: HWANG HEE CHAN (WOLVES) - Goals appeared to be a problem for Wolves earlier in the season until their new signing hit form. Hwang scored 3 times in October plus he also developed a strike partnership with Raul Jimenez. Wolves are looking more clinical in the final third because of their partnership.
