GK: JORDAN PICKFORD (ENGLAND) - Pickford has had a solid Euros so far with 3 clean sheets from his opening 3 games as England finished top of their group. He made big saves when he needed to and has overall been a solid presence between the sticks.
RB: DENZEL DUMFRIES (HOLLAND) - Dumfries has been a constant threat down the right hand side for the Dutch throughout these Euros. He's scored a couple of goals and has got crosses into the box whenever he's had the opportunity to. His role is key to how the Dutch play.
CB: TYRONE MINGS (ENGLAND) - Mings has looked solid in every game he's played at these Euros which has enabled him him to have a strong partnership at the back with John Stones. He's made vital interventions when he's needed to and has not put one foot wrong since the start of the tournament.
CB: LEONARDO BONUCCI (ITALY) - Bonucci has been rock solid for the Italians as they finished top of their group without conceding a goal. His experience and reading of the game has been crucial to Italy having one of the best defences in the tournament so far.
LB: LEONARDO SPINAZZOLA (ITALY) - Spinazzola has been one of Italy's standout performers at these Euros by being solid defensively and being constant threat whenever he goes forward. He's caused teams problems with his runs forwards and deliveries into the box which make him a key player for Italy.
RW: RAHEEM STERLING (ENGLAND) - I've put Sterling in because whenever England have needed someone to step up and deliver Sterling has done exactly that by scoring both of England's goals in this tournament. He's shown why Gareth Southgate has put him in the squad and how important he is to this England team.
CM: GIORGINIO WIJNALDUM (HOLLAND) - Why on earth did Liverpool let this guy leave on a free transfer? Wijnaldum has scored in every game for the Dutch so far at these Euros as they finished top of their group. He's shown how important a player he is for them and has stepped up as their leader in the absence of Van Dijk.
CM: JORGINHO (ITALY) - Jorginho has been at the heart of what Italy have done at this tournament in dominating possession. He's controlled the game in midfield with his range of passing which has made him a key player for the Italians at these Euros.
LW: CRISTIANO RONALDO (PORTUGAL) - Ronaldo is the top goal scorer at these finals with 5 goals and is still showing no signs of slowing down at 36 years of age. HIs movement is still world class and he still has the drive and determination to score goals and break records. He broke one record at these finals in becoming the highest ever goal scorer at the European Championships.
ST: PATRIK SCHICK (CZECH REPUBLIC) - Schick has scored all of the Czech's goals at these finals with 3 as they qualified for the last 16 as one of the best teams to finish 3rd. He scored an epic goal against Scotland in the opening game and has been a threat in the box whenever he's played.
ST: ROMELU LUKAKU (BELGIUM) - Lukaku has shown why he's one of the best strikers in Europe during these Euros by scoring 3 goals which played a huge part in Belgium finishing top of the group. He's been a complete striker in linking up with players and holding the ball up both of which he has improved on over the last couple of years.
